His arrival at Everton for a hefty £8 million was initially a point of contention, even used as a weapon against the now-departed sporting director, Kevin Thelwell. However, Chermiti's sensational hat-trick against Hearts, coupled with his recent brace at Celtic Park, proves he possesses a remarkable knack for shining on the biggest stages. Derek McInnes and his Hearts squad will undoubtedly be reeling from this outcome.
